Después de que se anunciara que quienes no tengan la tarjeta SUBE registrada a su nombre en la página web oficial pagarán una tarifa más cara a partir de abril, colapsó el sitio en donde se puede realizar el registro online.

El problema técnico fue confirmado de manera oficial y la razón se debe a la fuerte demanda de usuarios de transporte público que quieren evitar los aumentos. Por el momento comunicaron otras alternativas para hacer el trámite hasta tanto el sitio vuelva a estar funcionando.

Debido a la gran cantidad de personas que se están registrando pueden presentarse demoras en nuestros canales de atención virtual.

Estamos trabajando para restablecer los sistemas a la brevedad.
